A Time For Everything

THE PRIMARY PURPOSE of the book is to glorify God. I hope to encourage many to come to know Him and our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. I hope to encourage all that believe to exercise their faith in the Lord. As for those who have faith, to inspire them to develop a greater level of faith in Him.

In my attempt to Glorify Him, I don’t want to create the assumption that I wasn’t afraid when I walked through those mine fields, I was. The word fear in biblical context has two connotations, one means to literally be afraid. The other means to reverence and highly respect. In my case when I quote Psalms 23:4, I will “fear” no evil, what I mean is that I did not reverence nor respect the evil awaiting each step that was taken. My adrenaline was heightened and my heart rate increased. I was sweating profusely and I didn’t focus on the danger at hand, but rather on the mission which lied ahead. Why? … Because of who I knew was with me. I cannot put in words what it feels like to know when His presence is amongst you. When He’s there, you know. The fascinating but humbling thing about it all is that there is nothing extra ordinary about me. It is God and God alone who chooses ordinary people to do extra ordinary things. He is a miracle working God, He’s working in your life too.

ADDITIONALLY I pray this book is used to help fund the support of many disabled American veterans. They have certainly earned both our respect and support by making ultimate sacrifices in order for us to enjoy the liberties of this county while in pursuit of happiness.

Unfortunately their support is NO WHERE NEAR the level it should be. Far too many disabled American veterans have expressed disappointment due to receiving what many deem as inadequate care and support. This makes it more difficult to make adjustments to a life that has been significantly altered. The support that is currently in place is jeopardized with every vistit to determine budget cuts. Nevertheless we can help.

I was extremely blessed and fortunate to encounter great danger on multiple occasions and was not harmed.
